Return Period:

  • You may return most items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Poets Pets.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Currently, all items are returnable.

How to Return an Item:

  2. Follow the instructions provided to securely send back your items.

  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
